46 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
2-12 oz. cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. lemon juice
2 liters lemon-lime soda, chilled
2 pints pineapple sherbet, softened
5 drops yellow food coloring, optional
Pineapple chunks and maraschino cherries, optional for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a large punch bowl, combine the pineapple juice, lemonade concentrate, sugar and lemon juice, stir until lemonade concentrate has combined well with pineapple juice. Add the soda, scoop in the sherbet and food coloring, if desired; stir until blended.
Serve immediately, garnish as desired.
