1C powdered sugar
1/2C chunky peanut butter

1/4C corn starch
2/3C sugar
1/4t salt
2C milk
3 yolks
1/2t vanilla
1T peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter and spread half on baked 9" crust.
In top of double boiler mix corn starch, sugar and salt. Slowly stir in warm milk, reserving 1/2 C to temper yolks. Cook, stirring often, until thick and smooth. Stir in tempered yolks and cook another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Top with meringue and garnish with remaining powdered sugar mixture.
Bake 425° 12-14 minutes
