8 minute steaks
1 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
2 cans Campbell's Beef Consommé soup
1 lg. can sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in skillet and heat. Coat the minute steaks with flour and sear both sides in hot oil. Once browned on both sides, place in 9x13" baking dish. Cover meat with beef consommé soup until it is just over meat and add mushrooms and bake about 2 hours.
