2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup butter
8 -oz. cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups milk
2 small packages instant coconut pudding
2-1/2 cups heavy cream
1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 cups toasted coconut

Directions:

Combine-press 1 cup flour, 2 Tbsp. sugar, 1/2 cup butter in a greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes - til light brown.

Beat 8-oz. cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, gradually beat in 1 cup heavy cream. Spread over cooled crust.

Mix 3 cups milk, 2 small packages instant coconut pudding, stir 'til thick. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Beat 1-1/2 cups heavy cream, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. almond extract, spread over coconut pudding. Cover and chill overnight.

Toast 2 cups coconut in 350 degree oven stirring often 'til brown. Sprinkle over whipped cream layer.
