2 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Cook stirring until sugar dissolves to softball stage (236 degrees). Cool at room temperature, without stirring until lukewarm (110 degrees). Beat by hand or mixer until it holds its shape. Knead until firm on greased board with greased hands. Shape into 2 (1 1/4) thick rolls and roll in 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans. Wrap in waxed paper. Then rewrap in foil.
