4 pkg. oriental Ramen noodles (blue pkg.)
3 Tbsp. roasted sesame seeds
1 bag sliced roasted almonds

2 bags TRI COLORED SLAW MIX (chop really fine)
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
chicken breast, cooked

DRESSING -
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 packet seasoning from Ramen noodles
1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place noodles in a ziplock bag and break them up.
Put the sesame seeds in a ziplock and roll over them with a rolling pin to get more flavor.
Roast all of the above with some vegetable oil just enough to brown the noodles. (Throw in almonds and sesame seeds at the very end of roasting the noodles.)

DRESSING - Bring these to a slow boil long enough to dissolve the sugar. Do not burn.
Mix everything together really well!
