16 oz. bihon/rice noodles (soaked in water and then drained)
11/2 lb. shrimp (shelled, deveined, and halved)
2 lb. chicken (boiled and shredded)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 carrot (cut into strips)
2 c. chicken broth
2 green onions chopped
1/3 c. snowpeas
1 c. shredded cabbage
3 tbsp. cooking oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 onion (sliced)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. calamansi juice/ lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute garlic and onion. Add chicken and soy sauce. Saute for 3 minutes. Add 2 c. chicken broth and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir shrimp and vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add the bihon noodles, salt and pepper. Cook stirring until bihon is tender. Add more broth if mixture becomes dry before noodles are done. Garnish with green onions and calamansi/lemon. Serve hot.
