1 C butter
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C flour
1 C crushed potato chips
1/2 C chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add rest of ingredients, mixing well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten each cookie into round disc by pressing with a small glass bottom dipped into sugar. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350º.
(Delicious and taste like Pecan Sandies.)
