1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 box (4 ounces) dark chocolate instant pudding
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ounce red food coloring
1 cup water
1 can ready-made cream cheese frosting
1/2 cup pecans, chopped (optional).

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cake and pudding mix in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix at high speed for 6 minutes. Pour into a prepared Bundt or tube pan and bake at 350 degrees or until done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and allow to cool thoroughly. When the cake is cooled, heat up half of the frosting in the microwave(until melted, avoid overheating & burning it) and glaze the cake with it. Save remaining frosting for another use. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
