1 packet Italian style Shake and Bake
2-3 eggs
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Vegetable oil
I jar Spaghetti sauce
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the Shake and Bake into a wide bowl. In another wide bowl, beat the eggs. Dip chicken breasts in beaten egg, then coat with the Shake and Bake. Pour vegetable oil into frying pan and cook chicken till no longer pink.
Pour spaghetti sauce into baking dish and place cooked chicken in the sauce. Cover chicken with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350º for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is hot.
While the chicken is baking, cook spaghetti.
To serve, place cooked spaghetti on plate, put chicken breast on top and cover with sauce.
