Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Mix all ingredients but filling and refrigerate for two to three hours or overnight. Divide into two sections and roll on a floured mat or plastic mat about 1/4 inch thick . Hint( use wax paper it will be easier to transfe to pan) I usually flour my plastic rolling mat first then when rolled out spread with creamy margarine or butter. Then i top with cinnamon sugar mix. after that i put raspberry preserves on the other divide i put apricot then top with the crushed walnuts and add raisins and divide that rolled out section in two parts. then take the top part of the dugh and fold towards the center an do the same with the lower portion folding both towards the middle so you have two envelopes with filling. Then top pastries with cinnamon and sugar and put on a greased pan into the oven. Lift onto the pan with a cake server make sure dough is cold or it is sticky. Let it remain in hot oven at 400 degrees F for about 20 to 25 min or till edges are golden brown. Then remove and cool well. Slice fruit roll about half inch wide and let cool again before you store in tins. Repeat for the second part of recipe. Makes four sections that can be sliced and stored in the refrigerator.
