1 pt. heavy whipping cream
3 minced garlic cloves
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 stick of butter
1 lb. fettuccine noodles
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in saucepan until completely melted. Add garlic, onion, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute. Add heavy whipping cream. Continue to stir until boiling. When boiling, place lid on saucepan and simmer 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a half pot of water to boiling. Place fettuccine noodles in pot, stirring occasionally. Cook and drain noodles. When sauce is ready, place noodles back into pot. Pour sauce over noodles in pot and mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
