1 c. Chopped onion
3 tbsp. Butter
6 tbsp. Flour
3 c. Milk
1/4 tsp. White pepper
4 Hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 10oz packages frozen asparagus cooked & drained or fresh (4cups)
1/2 c. Shredded cheddar
1/2 c. Dry bread crumbs

In large skillet cook onion & butter until tender. Stir in flour, add milk, salt & pepper. Stir until thickened. Stir in eggs & asparagus. Pour mixture in greased casserole dish. Top w/ cheese & bread crumbs. Bake at 350º approx 30 mins
