4 tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
1 sm cucumber
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup fine chopped celery
1/4 cup onion finely sliced
1/2 cup of cilantro packed
2 jalapeno peppers seeded and diced
1 tbspn of sugar
1/2 tsp of basil
1 lb nacho chips
2 cups monerey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely chop tomatoes and drain. Pare and seed cucumber and dice. Mix tomatoes and cucumber, garlic, celery, onion and cilantro together and refrigerate about an hour. Stir in the jalapeno peppers the vegetables and add lemon juice , salt and basil. Place nachos on a large ovenproof platter and sprinkle with cheese. Place uner the broiler until cheese is melted and serve at once.
