2 (14 oz.) cans whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
2 C miniature marshmallows
1 medium apple, chopped
Sugar substitute--equal to 1/2 C of sugar
1/8 t salt
1 (8oz) carton frozen/reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
1/4 C chopped walnuts (of course, I omitted this item!)

1. In a large bowl, combine cranberries, pineapple, marshmallows, apple, sugar substitute & salt. Cover & refrigerate overnight.

2. Just before serving, fold in whipped topping & nuts (or no nuts).

3. Serve chilled.
