3 eggs
3/4 c. whole milk
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Move oven rack to lowest position. Remove upper rack. Preheat oven to 450º. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and sugar until well blended. Add the flour and salt. The batter will be slightly lumpy.
Melt the butter in a heavy 12 inch saute' pan with an ovenproof handle. When the butter is sizzling and hot, pour the batter into the pan and immediately transfer to the oven. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes. The pancake with be golden brown and puffed. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges and powdered sugar, or fresh strawberries, raspberries or blueberries are also delicious.
