1 packet small shell pasta
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
3 tbsp. tomato/ketchup
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garam masala (available in Indian stores)
Salt and pepper per taste
2 tsp. oil to saute veggies

Directions:

Cook pasta shells as per instructions.
Heat oil in a deep wok or pan. Saute all the veggies until they are half cooked. Mix in the dry spices. Add the ketchup and salt per your taste. Mix a couple minutes. Add the cooked pasta. Simmer and cook together 3-4 minutes, mixing them in between.
Serve hot as is or with your choice of grated cheese sprinkled on top.
