1 package of Minute Steaks
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 stick of butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. white flour
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Country Style Gravy

Directions:
Heat the vegetable oil and butter (margarine) in an electric skillet. Skillet should be heated to 250º-300º
Place flour in a large bowl. Place eggs in another large bowl and beat until they are well blended. Take one Minute Steak at a time and dip into the beaten egss and then into the flour. Then place each steak into the electric skillet. Cook steaks until they are golden brown on each side. Remove steaks from skillet and place them on paper towels to drain excess grease.
Serve with Counrty Style Gravy.
