Large red potatoes
milk
evaporated milk (NOT condensed)
butter
salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot of salted water, put potatoes, which have been peeled and cubed. Boil gently over medium heat until potatoes are fork tender. Drain potatoes well. Mix equal amounts of evaporated milk and regular milk in glass measuring cup and microwave until hot. Pour gradually into pot of drained potatoes and blend with hand mixer until you get the right consistency. Add a chunk of butter at the end and stir in to melt.
