6 cans of halved apricots
1 lb melted butter
½ pound light brown sugar
4 sleeves (1 box) of Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 Pyrex or 3 quart Pyrex bowl and pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Layer the contents of 3 cans of apricots on bottom of dish. Sprinkle half of the sugar on the apricots. Cover with 2 sleeves crunched up Ritz crackers and pour half the butter on top. Repeat the process, then bake at 350 for 30 minutes (or until bubbly).

For the ultimate baked apricots, add some brandy to the mix before baking and then serve with vanilla ice cream.
