1 10 Oz Package Frozen Cut Spinach
2 Cans Original Rotel (1 Drained)
1 12 Oz Package Shredded Mexican Cheese
1 8 Oz Package Cream Cheese (Softened)
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 Oz Chopped Fresh Jalapenos
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/4 Tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 Tsp Chili Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º F. Defrost and drain spinach. Mix all ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Bake until the middle starts to bubble. This depends on the oven, but normally takes around 30 45 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
