2 cups fresh or canned crabmeat in large flakes, picked over well
6 slices bacon, fried until crisp
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp.Tony's seasoning
Few drops of liquid hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 tsp. tarragon vinegar
1-3/4 cups mayonnaise

Directions:

Preheat over to 350º. Pile the crab flakes into six buttered individual ramekins; heat in the oven and top with crisp bacon.

Blend together the mustard, paprika,Tony's and liquid pepper sauce. Add the chili sauce and vinegar; mix well and add the mayonnaise. Spread the warmed crabmeat with this sauce and brown under a preheated broiler.
