1 pkg. frozen white gold corn
1 (15-oz) can black beans - thoroughly drained and rinsed
1/2 red pepper - diced
3-4 roma tomatoes - seeded and diced
1 small hot pepper - seeded and diced
2 limes - juice
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all veggies together. Mix the lime juice, olive oil and salt together on a small bowl. Mix with veggies and let stand 1 hour before serving. Serve with tostitos
