1 1/4 lb. Gruyere Cheese (imported), grated
1 1/2 c. White wine
2 gloves Garlic, whole

1/2 c. White wine
1/4 c. Kirsch
1 pinch Nutmeg
3 1/2 T. Corn Starch or White Flour

1 1/4 lb. French Bread (day old) cubed

Directions:
Directions:
The bread should be cut into cubes before you start the Fondue. Have an alcohol burner ready at the table.
Melt the first list (3) ingredients slowly until dissolved.
Add the next list (4) ingredients to melted cheese. Stir well, let it heat up until the Fondue boils. Take to table.
