6 frozen rolls, or as many as desired
Cooking spray
Melted butter

Directions:

Coat muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. Place frozen rolls in pan. (Do not cover.) Preheat oven 200º. While preheating, boil 1 qt. water in shallow pan. (Six minutes in micro wave.) Now turn oven off. Place pan with boiled water on lower rack in oven. Place rolls on middle rack. Let dough rise about 1 1/4 hrs. until double in size. Remove pan water. Leave dough in oven and set to 350º. Bake 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove rolls from pan at once and place on wire rack to cool. Brush tops with melted butter, if desired. Makes 6 rolls or as many as desired.
