! pound can Salmon
8 oz cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp horse radish
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon remove skin and bones. Mix next five ingredients and add to salmon. Chill several hours.roll into ball and cover with chopped nuts.

This recipe was given to me from Aunt Edna and she said it tastes good on Ritz crackers. I like it for sandwiches too. Very good without the nuts too.
