1 Cup Apple cider vinegar
2 Cups sugar
1 TBSP Pickling salt
1 Tsp mustard seed (optional)
1 tsp celery seeds
1 or 2 green peppers cut up
1 or 2 red peppers cut up
1 cup sliced onion
8 cups cucumbers sliced thin (Don't peel)

Directions:

Put 2 Tbsp Pickling salt over the sliced cucumbers for 1 hour then drain and rinse. Mix all together in large bowl. Keep in fridge, can use after 8 hours. will keep for a year. Recipe from cousin Carol, from Williston and she said she puts them in a gallon jar and I did that and it works great, they are so good and look so nice with the colored peppers. Her husband had them as a salad in a bowl.
