3/4 yeast cake
2 c milk
3 T sugar
3 eggs
2 T salt
1/2 stick margarine
2 1/2 c warm water

Directions:

Add sugar to milk and bring to luke warm
Crumble in yeast
Cover with warm cloth and place in oven to let rise for one hour
In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs, add salt and warm water
Melt butter and add to water mixture
Add yeast mixture
Add in flour until the dough is no longer sticky
Cover with warm cloth and place in oven to let rise for one hour
Butter four bread pans
Knead dough and divide up into four equal pieces and place in bread pans
Cover with warm cloth and place in oven to let rise for one hour
Apply a thin layer of melted margarine on top of each loaf
Bake them together in the over at 350 degrees F for one hour
Once removed from the oven, apply another thin layer of margarine on top of each loaf and let cool
