1/2 TSP. DRY MUSTARD
1/4 TSP PEPPER
4 LB. POT ROAST
2 T FAT
1 C WATER
1/4 C SOY SAUCE
1 T HONEY
1 T VINEGAR
1 1/2 TSP CELERY SEED
1 TSP. GINGER
2 T CORNSTARCH

COMBINE GARLIC SALT, MUSTARD & PEPPER; RUB ON ROAST. BROWN MEAT IN FAT. COMBINE 1/4 C WATER, SOY SAUCE, HONEY, VINEGAR, CELERY SEED & GINGER, POUR OVER MEAT. SIMMER COVERED FOR 2 HRS. OR UNTIL TENDER. REMOVE MEAT; SKIM FAT FROM DRIPPINGS. BLEND CORNSTARCH INTO 1/4 C COLD WATER. STIR INTO DRIPPINGS; COOK UNTIL THICKENED
