1/2 c. Butter
3/4 c. Light Brown Sugar
2 Tbl. Light Corn Syrup
Zest of Orange - just grate peel
4 Tbl. Orange Juice Concentrate
5 Eggs
1 1/2 c. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Loaf French Bread, cut 3/4' Slices

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 casserole pan with olive oil spray. In medium saucepan over medium heat; place butter, brown sugar, syrup and orange zest and orange juice. Stir until butter and sugar melt. Pour into baking dish. Arrange bread slices (1 layer) over syrup mixture over bread. Cover, over night. One hour before baking, remove from fridge. Preheat oven to 350º. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
