5 qts. Water in large pot
6 Small potatoes, washed, not peeled
1 c. Salt
6 Small onions
4 lbs. Fresh Salmon, Trout or Steelhead

Sauce:
1 Stick Butter (no oleo)
3 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
1 Fresh Lemon
Fresh Chopped Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and place potatoes in a steamer basket or colander, and lower in boiling water. Lower heat and bring back to a boil. Add salt and boil 18 minutes under medium heat.

Keep potatoes in pot, add onions and boil 8 minutes. Gently add fish, boil 4 minutes. Check by flaking with a fork. Remove immediately when done. Drain and serve with sauce.

Make sure while water is boiling, melt butter and stir in fresh garlic. Add juice of 1/4 lemon. Add parsley.

Serve with fresh broccoli - garnish with lemon slices.
