Crust: (Mix and Bake 10-12 minutes at 350º in a 9 x 13 pan)
1 cup flour
1 cube butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

2nd Layer:
Disolve 3 oz pkg Lemon Jello in 1 cup hot water. Cool totally.
Cream: 3/4 cup sugar and 1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese.
12 oz cool whip. Add cool whip and creamed mix to jello and pour over totally COOL crust.

3rd Layer:
2 cans mandarine oranges - drained. Place on top and refridgerate.

4th Layer:
Mix 6 oz pkg Orange Jello with 3 cups of hot water. Cool totally and pour on top.

Refridgerate for 4 hours
