1 pound sausage, browned, scrambled and drained
8 ounce shredded Mexican cheese
1 cup Ranch dressing
2 tablespoons chopped black olives
Phyllo cups

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix cooked sausage with other ingredients, except Phyllo cups. Fill each phyllo cup with mixture and bake for 10 - 12 minutes.

I was with the Junior High Choir from Prestonwood in the Houston area. We were singing at a church on a Sunday morning and these sausage cups were being served to people visiting the church. Of course, we tried them and fell in love with this flavor combination. We found the sweet lady that made them and she wrote down the recipe for me. Enjoy!
