4 pomfret fish slices
1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp. cayenne powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lime juice
4 tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Apply all the above on thoroughly washed and cleaned fish slices. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Add about four tbsp. of oil in a skillet and shallow fry the fish slices on either side until golden brown. Serve hot
