1 Large Bolla Bread
2 Cups shredded Swiss Cheese
1 cup finely grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Small Red Onion grated
¼ sup chopped cooked Bacon
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Carve out the top of the Bolla bread and remove
the inside of the bread ball creating a bowl.
You can use the remaining bread to cook alongside the ball and serve with it. Do the same on the bread bowl lid.
Mix all ingredients together and pile it into the bread bowl.
Let it rise above the bowl.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees with the lid and remaining bread pieces alongside the dip.
Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and browned.
Serve immediately.

Note: you can add different options depending on your desires such as crabmeat, shrimp or even salami.
All bring a different taste to this favorite.
