4 Chicken Breasts (or any kind of boneless chicken meat)
1 bottle of Blue Cheese Dressing
1 package of Cream Cheese
1 small bottle of Frank”s hot sauce (or Frank’s wing sauce)
Shredded mild cheddar cheese
2T diced green onion tops (for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake, Boil (or simmer) chicken in water (or optionally, chicken broth)
For 30 minutes or until cooked.

Heat over to 425 degrees

Shredded chicken an d mix with entire bottle of Frank’s sauce

Melt cream cheese and blue cheese together on very low heat, just until blended.

In an over safe dish, spread chicken mixture across the bottom. Top with melted Blue/Cream Cheese mixture and sprinkle with mild cheddar cheese. (Note: too much cheese will make it hard for dipping)

Cook for 15-20 minutes or until cheese becomes bubbly.

Serve with Wheat Thins, carrots, celery, or water crackers for dipping.
