2 c 7 Up soda
1 c oil
1 cup soy sauce
1 tsp horseradish
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Mix ingredients together in large gallon zip-lock bag. Add meat pieces. Marinate for 6 hours or over night. Great fpr chicken of turkey.

The soda can be your choice. It adds sweetness and the carbonation tenderizes the meat. Grilled marinated chicken is very moist and flavorful! A family BBQ tradition.
