Whole recipe (1/3 recipe)
1 ½ gal. green tomatoes (2 qt)
1 ½ gal. ripe tomatoes (2 qt)
6C green peppers (2 C)
6C red peppers (2 C)
4 onions (1 ½ )
3C celery (1 C)
1C salt (1/3 C)

6C sugar (2 C)
2 qts. cider vinegar (2/3 C)
1T mustard seed (1 t)
2t cloves (2/3 t)
2t cinnamon (2/3 t)

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and chop vegetables. Add salt and let stand overnight. In morning pour into colander and let drain. Transfer to large pot and add remaining ingredients. Cook slowly ~40", stirring frequently. Pour into sterile jars and seal.
