10 frankfurters, cut in 2 inch chunks
2 T lard or drippings
1 c chopped onion
2/3 c water
1/3 c vinegar
1 c catsup
2 T Worcestershire sauce
4 drops hot pepper sauce
1 T brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in lard or drippings until browned. Combine water, vinegar, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, pepper, brown sugar and mustard and add to onions. Cover tightly and simmer for 30 minutes. Add franks and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
