1 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup water
1 3/4 cup pealed and diced apples
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup white sugar
2 cups biscuit mix
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, water, and butter in a sauce pan and bring to a boil stirring often. While boiling add white sugar, lemon juice to the apples and cinnamon mix

Mix biscuit dough as directed on package. Roll dough on floured surface until 1/2 inch thick. Spread apples over dough, sprinkle cinnamon over apples then roll snuggly. Cut into 6 to 8 slices arrange slices in a buttered pan (9 x9 x2). Pour hot syrup over the slices and bake at 400 for 30 to 40 minutes.
