3/4 cup of butter softened
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1 large egg
1 1/3 cups of all purpose flour
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of lt brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl , combine first four ingredients, blend them well. Stir in flour and salt blend also well. Take out a English tea classic cookie molds. Lightly grease them. Press dough into the mold just slightly under the top. Prick the cookie several times with a fork to prevent puffing while baking. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 8 to 10 min. When edges are slightly browned. Immediately remove from mold and cool on rack.
