1 pound of mahi mahi filets 3/4 inch thick
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
1 tbspn of chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp of chopped fresh dill
1/4 tsp of sweet paprika hungarian if possible
2 tsp of fresh minced garlic
juice from 1/2 small lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray. Heat to medium high temp. Pat filets with paper towels to dry. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, dill, paprika and garlic. Drizzel with a little olive oil extra virgin. Rub seasonings and oil into both sides of filets. Put on the grill and leave about four min for each side. Drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
