1 whole chicken
1/2 c. corriander paste
1/2 c. mint paste
2 tsp. green chili crushed, or paste
1/2 c. yoghurt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Make small cuts in the chicken skin. Mix all ingredients together and put on chicken. Let marinate in the fridge for 2 hours. Then in a covered frying pan big enough to cover the chicken, put 1 tsp. of oil and fry chicken on high for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and continue cooking for 30 minutes.

Serve with green peas fried with green capsicum, which can be put inside the cooked chicken.
