4-6 green bell peppers
1 box Zatarian's dirty rice
1 to 1.5 lb. hamburger
1 large onion, chopped
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 - 3/4 c. chopped mushrooms
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Follow the directions on the rice box. Cook the hamburger and add chopped onions, salt, and pepper to taste. In a large pot, boil water. Cut tops of peppers and wash. Add to boiling water and boil for 8-10 minutes, until they are soft, not soggy! Remove from water and drain. Put peppers in baking dish. After rice is done, add the hamburger mixture to the rice and start stuffing the peppers. Layer with cheese, mushrooms, rice mixture. Top off with cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350º.
Tasty served with sour cream!
