3 cups corn meal
5 cups boiling water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup whole kernel corn
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
If you like add 1 jalapeņo, seeded and chopped

While still warm form one at a time into balls and drop into an already heated Fry Daddy filled with whatever oil you like.
