4 6 oz skinless , boneless chicken breast halves
2 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup of italian style bread crumbs
Cooking spray
1/2 cup fat free low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup of dry white wine
1 tbspn of whipped butter salt free

Directions:
Directions:
Place each chicken breast in a plastic bag or between plastic wrap. Pound to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Brush chicken with lemon juice, sprinkle wiht salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken in the bread crumbs.
Heat a large non stick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium high heat. Add chicken to the pan. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until chicken is done. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add broth and wine to the pan and cook 30 seconds stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Before serving put one tablespoon of sauce on each breast.
