4 cups of cooked rice
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can corn
1 can enchilada sauce
shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 can of Rotel tomatoes
Corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and add taco seasoning then mix in all of the ingredients except corn tortillas, cheese, and enchilada sauce. After you have it all mixed well add in 1/2 the can of enchilada sauce and as much cheese as you like. Layer in a baking dish alternating the rice mixture and a layer of ripped up corn tortillas then a layer of cheese. Repeat until rice mixture is gone. Top with corn tortillas, the rest of the enchilada sauce, and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
