STIR UP IN BOTTOM OF 9X13 PAN:
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP COCOA
2 1/2 CUP WATER

CUT UP 12 TO 14 MARSHMALLOWS AND SPRINKLE OVER MIX
SPRINKLE 1 PKG CAKE MIX ON TOP OF MIX AND MARSHMALLOWS
SPRINKLE NUTS ON TOP.
BAKE 40 TO 45 AT 350º
