7 cans of cream of potato soup
1 1/2 cups Owl Wild Rice Uncooked
3/4 of a container of 32 oz. Chicken Broth
1/2 a small bag of carrot matchsticks
2 lbs. of Jimmy Dean Sausage browned and drained
2 cups of Half & Half milk

Directions:
Put in large crock pot the potato soup, wild rice uncooked, chicken broth, matchstick carrots and sausage. Mix well and cook on low for 7 hours-stirring every 2-3 hours. The last 30 minutes add the milk to make it creamy and stir every 15 minutes.

You can add chicken instead of sausage to this recipe, but sausage gives it more flavor. If you use chicken you would need 3 cups of bite-size cut chicken chunks.
