3/4 cup softened margarine (1 ½ cubes)
2 cups sugar
1-16oz can of pumpkin
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Cream Cheese Frosting
1-8oz package of softened cream cheese
1 cube soften margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1-1 lbs box powdered sugar

Directions:

Mix margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in pumpkin and eggs. Add combined dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture onto and greased and floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool Frost with cream cheese frosting. Doubles and freezes well, with or without frosting.

Frosting:
Combine softened cream cheese, margarine, and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Gradually add sugar mixing well after each addition.
